Intelligence Analyst – Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)

Conduct investigative research, data analysis, and intelligence reporting in support of federal law-enforcement operations. Analysts will work with multiple information sources to identify patterns, develop analytical products, and provide clear information for operational decision-making. Operational coverage may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or night shifts based on mission requirements.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct investigative research and data analysis using open-source and commercially available data, investigative tools, and internal databases.
  • Prepare analytical reports summarizing findings and supporting enforcement and investigative activity.
  • Develop analytical packages that combine research, data findings, and intelligence insights for operational use.
  • Automate data-ingestion and report-generation activities using scripting and analytical tools.
  • Perform network analysis, entity resolution, data cleansing, data enrichment, and structured data processing.
  • Identify targeting indicators, subject identifiers, officer-safety considerations, relationships, affiliations, and changes in identifiers.
  • Support high-tempo investigative operations and meet established lead-development timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance or DHS Public Trust clearance.
  • 2+ years of experience in intelligence research, social-media analysis, investigative data analysis, commercially enabled intelligence analysis, or a similar field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present information to different audiences, from detailed operational reports to executive summaries.
  • Ability to synthesize information from disparate sources into a cohesive assessment.
  • Exposure to traditional and modern research, discovery, search, and automation tools.
  • Experience with associate and network analysis.
  • Experience supporting high-tempo investigative operations.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Foreign-language proficiency, particularly Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Arabic.
  • Experience with immigration, border-security, and criminal-justice laws and policies.
  • Python, SQL, or other data-querying and processing languages.

CLEARANCE: U.S. Citizen; active Top Secret clearance or DHS Public Trust clearance.
