Develop and support custom Microsoft Power Platform solutions for federal mission requirements. The role focuses on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, workflow automation, user experiences, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions supporting business processes and reporting.
- Build and support SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and custom forms.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services to improve workflow and data exchange.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Work with stakeholders and development team members to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Develop and deploy model-driven Power Apps using plug-ins, workflows, cloud flows, SDK/API integrations, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Customize Canvas Apps and data connections to support user requirements.
- Participate as a member of an Agile Scrum team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with model-driven and Canvas Apps.
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration, lists, libraries, permissions, and page design.
- Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with multiple data sources and connectors.
- Knowledge of user-centered design, web application architecture, and accessibility requirements such as Section 508.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and government stakeholders.

- Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or custom integrations.
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience supporting federal enterprise programs and governance/compliance.
CLEARANCE: U.S. Citizen; active DHS clearance or DoD Top Secret clearance.
