Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications and integrations supporting federal mission outcomes. The role includes modernization of existing applications, use of current Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce, data-model improvements, application development, and delivery within an Agile environment.
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, configure, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Manage Salesforce security and access controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups, and record-level security.
- Monitor Salesforce releases, evaluate new platform capabilities, assess impacts, and recommend enhancements.
- Develop enterprise Salesforce solutions that address business objectives and complex mission requirements.
- Collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders on status, technical issues, and solution approaches.
- Work as part of an Agile Scrum team.
- Modernize applications by increasing use of out-of-the-box platform capabilities and current Salesforce features.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, object models, relationships, and data-management strategies.
- Experience with Lightning Web Security, Apex, Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, and platform integrations.
- Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder, and custom LWC solutions.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions using Agile and DevSecOps practices, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and government stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVES
- Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or Agentforce Specialist certification.
- Federal enterprise program experience.
- Knowledge of Section 508, FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
CLEARANCE: U.S. Citizen; active DHS clearance or DoD Top Secret clearance.
